An attorney is a must when it comes to the entire legal process in the selling of your home.  Be sure to tell the attorney that you are selling your own house and inquire about whether they can offer any helpful hints for success in this process.  Don't be surprised how much knowledge attorneys have when it comes to both sides of selling property.
